We work as long-term product partners. Rather than delivering a fixed scope and disappearing, we become the engineering team for a product and stay with it across releases, new modules and platform changes.

Do you work on hardware-connected software?

Regularly. We've built native camera capture pipelines over FFI, instrument control over gRPC, and GPU texture rendering for real-time video, alongside the calibration and measurement logic on top.

Do you take over existing codebases?

Yes. We audit, modernise and take ownership of existing systems as often as we start new ones, including migrations, performance work and infrastructure cleanup.

Enterprise platforms

One system in place of the spreadsheets, shared drives and off-the-shelf tools nobody quite fits into. Each role sees only its own work, approvals leave a record, and the numbers leadership asks for come out of the system instead of somebody's evening. Built to take on new process as you grow, without a rewrite.

Cross-platform apps

iOS, Android, web and desktop from one codebase and one team — a fraction of the cost of separate builds, and every platform gets the same feature the same week. Camera, maps, payments, push and permissions still done natively where users would notice.

Offline-first or always-connected

Your software keeps working in the basement, the plant and the site with no signal, then syncs cleanly when it gets back — no lost shifts, no duplicate records. Where being live is the point, updates land in front of everyone at once.

Native desktop software

For the work a browser tab cannot do: talking to hardware, moving video and large data at full frame rate, running while the operator is elsewhere. One codebase covers Windows, macOS and Linux, so you ship to every desk in the building, not just the common one.

Technically demanding domains

We learn your field before we write anything, so you are not paying to educate a vendor. Where a wrong number costs money, a certificate or a person, the tolerances, verification and audit trail are part of the build — not a phase you fund later.

Delivery and infrastructure

We handle store review, signing, installers and hosting, so a finished feature reaches your users the same week instead of waiting on someone to figure out release. Updates ship in the background and we see a crash before your customers report it.

Selected work — not one app, a system of them

Two clients, two families of software. Each product is scoped tightly enough to be good at one job — and built to hand off cleanly to the next one, so together they cover the whole of what the business actually does.

Multitek — the metrology bench, in software

Three desktop products that sit beside three different classes of laboratory instrument. An in-house camera plugin puts full-resolution industrial USB and GigE feeds into zero-copy GPU textures, so operators measure on a live image rather than a stuttering preview. Nothing is ever reported in pixels, every result carries the overlay that produced it, and the certificate comes out of the lab's own template. Offline, licensed per machine.

One measurement model, three instruments: a metallurgical lab does not own one machine. It owns a hardness tester, a compound microscope and a stereo zoom scope, and until now each came with its own software, its own units and its own export format. These three share a calibration model, a report format and an interface an operator only has to learn once.

Multitek Hardness Works — drives a Vickers and Brinell tester, and measures what it leaves behind. It owns turret, load and dwell, finds the indentation diagonals under automatic detection with manual override, converts HV and HBW across to HRC, and rolls trend, distribution and case-depth statistics into a report generated from the lab's own template. Load calibration is a per-step table stored with the machine profile.
Multitek Image Works — ten ASTM and ISO methods, run against the image instead of a printed comparison chart: grain size, inclusion rating, phase fraction, nodularity, graphite flake, porosity, decarburization, plating thickness and microhardness mapping, with the annex rules that make each standard real. Pure-Dart pipelines with no widget imports, and every result ships with the overlay that produced it.
Multitek Image Lite — calibrated capture and twenty measurement modes for stereo zoom microscopes, without the analysis suite. Per-objective µm/pixel profiles so nothing is reported in pixels; panorama stitching and focus stacking run as external processes behind a queue so a long stitch never freezes acquisition.

Intrisafe — a health-and-safety platform, end to end

Eight products covering the whole path a worker takes onto a German industrial site: the terminal in the gatehouse, the training they sit through, the phone the site team carries, the certificate anyone can verify, and the console the safety office runs it all from. One data model underneath — employees, sites, work equipment, qualifications, instructions.

Eight products, one chain of custody: safety only counts if it can be proven later. Every product here writes to the same record — an induction taken at a gatehouse terminal is the same fact the safety office reads in the console, the supervisor sees on a phone at the scaffold, and a client verifies from a QR code months afterwards.

Intrisafe Kiosk — unattended touchscreen that inducts visitors at the gatehouse, in twenty-six languages. No account and no login: an anonymous session that expires in an hour, a video with a countdown and no scrub bar, a timed test, and a signed result the server can trace back to the terminal that issued it. Branding, greeting, languages and video come from the module record, so one binary serves every customer.
Intrisafe Kiosk Analysis — completions, scores, language split and drop-off for a training module, read from the certificate documents the terminals write rather than a separate analytics event stream.
Intrisafe Kiosk Backend — hosts every customer's terminal at its own URL, streams induction video over HTTP range requests from a local disk cache, and verifies signed certificates against a public key before writing them, so a forged or replayed result fails at the signature.
Intrisafe App — the web console safety managers and HSE officers work in: employees, instructions, qualifications, medical records, projects, tasks, inventory, work equipment, inspection reports, incident analysis, e-learning and a document vault. The qualification lifecycle — active, expiring, expired, non-expiring — drives the task queue; templated inspections capture defects, photo evidence and an on-device signature, then export to PDF.
Intrisafe Learning — courses assigned by the qualification a worker is missing, mixing video, narration, PDF handouts and images in one player, then a timed test. Passing issues a certificate that writes back to the qualification register, so the compliance gap closes without re-keying. Token links let a worker in without a password.
Intrisafe Companion — the iOS and Android client for people on a site rather than at a desk: inspections, defect closeout, work equipment and its maintenance register, the document vault, incidents, projects, instructions and employee records. Drafts are held on the device and sync when signal returns.
Intrisafe Admin — the internal control plane over every customer instance: the companies on the platform, their users and the roles those users hold, with the tenant details support needs to answer an account query.
Intrisafe Backend — one GraphQL schema over Prisma and MongoDB behind all of it, so a worker is one identity whether the fact was entered at a gatehouse terminal, on a phone at a scaffold or in the safety office. Subscriptions carry the events that have to arrive: an inspection filed, an incident reported, a task assigned.

We also build and maintain Limse, a hyperlocal social-commerce app — Android, iOS and web from a single Flutter codebase. It is offline-first, so browsing and drafting survive a dead signal; video is cut and posted inside the app rather than in a second tool; and Google ML Kit reads that content on-device instead of on a round trip to a server.
